Getting to know you
Victoria Bellino has seen it all, from careers spanning real estate and flight attendant (ed: attending?), group fitness management and loving mum, Victoria is a Brisbane based Trainer and Presenter for BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, GRIT and BODYSTEP.
Hailing from Sydney, the ab-tacular and radiantly positive Patty Crossley, is a presenter for BODYSTEP and SH’BAM.
Rounding out our trio is Louise Ullah, who was once mistaken by Philip Mills as Rachael Newsham and is a BODYJAM and SH’BAM Trainer and Presenter and a BODYCOMBAT Presenter.
LMAP: What or who inspires you?
Victoria: People who overcome adversity and continue with life and challenge themselves even further. People who never give up regardless inspire me and motivate me to be a better person at home, work and in my relationships with friends and family.
Patty: My members inspire me daily, seeing them come week after week and hearing their life changing stories makes all the blood sweat and tears worthwhile.
Louise:Absolutely everyone! I've never met a person who haven't felt inspired by in some way or another.
LMAP: If someone were to play you in a movie, who would it be?
Victoria:I have no one in mind but probably someone clumsy who says inappropriate things accidentally all the time.
Louise:Rhona Mitra (think Lara croft and Doomsday) just because I like to pretend I'm that cool and badass. But it would probably be Melissa McCarthy!

LMAP: What advice or tips would you give to new instructors?
Patty: It’s all about the members, have fun and remember take what you do seriously, but not yourself too seriously.
Louise:Allow the new journey to feel a bit bumpy for a while, it will smooth out if you keep practicing.
Victoria: Be willing to do the hard work to get to where you want to go. There are no shortcuts.
